Aromatherapy for Sexual Energy

Aromatherapy for Sexual Energy (aphrodisiac for men):

• Ginger
• Cinnamon

Application:

• Add 2 drops of each each to 1 teaspoon of olive oil and apply to the base of the spine 2 times a day for one week.

Aromatherapy for Sexual Energy (aphrodisiac for woman):

• Chamomile
• Ylang Ylang
• Clary Sage

Application:

• Add 2 drops of each each to 1 teaspoon of olive oil and apply to the base of the spine 2 times a day for one week.

Aromatherapy for Laryngitis

Aromatherapy for Laryngitis:

• Thyme
• Rosewood
• Niaouli

Application:

• Put 3 drops of each in 1 teaspoon of olive oil and massage around the throat.
• Put 3 drops of each in a bowl of boiling hot water. Place a towel over your head and your head over the bowl to breath in the steam. If you find hard to breathe you can remove the towel to let more oxygen in.

• Geranium
• Citronella
• Eucalyptus

Application:

• Put 2 drops of each to 1 teaspoon of neutral cream and rub over the exposed parts of your body.

Application:

• Add 2 drops of each to a bit of neutral cream and apply directly on the bug bites.

Application:

• Add 4 drops of each to 1 tablespoon of liquid glycerin and add to bath water.
• Put 4 drops of each in an essential oil burner.
• Add 4 drops of each to a bowl of boiling hot water. Place a towel over your head and your head over the bowl to breath in the steam. If you find hard to breathe you can remove the towel to let more oxygen in.
• Add 2 drops of each to 1 teaspoon of olive oil and rub on the pulse points situated on the inside of your wrists and on your neck.

• Basil

Application:

• Add 2 drops of each to 1 teaspoon of jojoba oil and apply to the lower part of your back around where we find the kidneys. Apply once in the morning and at noon for 1 week.
• Add 2 drops of each to an essential oil to a burner.
• Add 2 drops of each to 1 tablespoon of jojoba oil and give yourself an invigorating neck, shoulder and arm massage.

Application:

• Put 3 drop of pine, 3 drops of eucalyptus, 2 drops of lavender and 2 drops of lemon in a small bowl of hot water. The water must be hot but not too hot to avoid burning. Soak a cloth in the mixture to absorb the water and wrap around hands or affected area as a compress.
• Add 2 drops of each to arnica cream and apply around the elbow and on the forearm.

• Put 3 drop of pine, 3 drops of eucalyptus, 2 drops of lavender and 2 drops of lemon in a small bowl of hot water. The water must be hot but not too hot to avoid burning. Soak a cloth in the mixture to absorb the water and wrap around hands or affected area as a compress.
• Add 2 drops of each to arnica cream and apply to affected area.

Application:

• Put 3 drop of pine, 3 drops of eucalyptus, 2 drops of lavender and 2 drops of lemon in a small bowl of hot water. The water must be hot but not too hot to avoid burning. Soak a cloth in the mixture to absorb the water and wrap around hands or affected area as a compress.
• Add 2 drops of each to arnica cream and apply around the tail bone, the center of the back side of the thighs and the center of the calves.
